Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within Italy. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Dispatch Location
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Milan, Italy.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the time your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or Italian public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within Italy. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.

Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders. There are no minimum order requirements to qualify for free shipping.
